Effects of Carbon Policy on Carbon Emission Reduction in Supply Chain under Uncertain Demand

Although there are many articles on carbon emission reduction of sustainable supply chain, most them study the efficiency chain in case single policy or demand determination. Based previous studies, this paper considered a consisting manufacturer and retailer an uncertain market. The effects randomness different policies level optimal decision were studied by constructing mean-variance utility function Stackelberg game. Due to difficulty data acquisition, verified equalization results numerical simulation. show that: (1) cap-and-trade policy, government subsidy tax can promote investment while will lead decline overall profit chain; (2) For retailer, adopting strategy with low degree risk avoidance increase its own profits; (3) as whole, it is more advantageous for manufacturers adopt higher strategies, retailers lower strategies. In addition, conclusion, puts forward management implications related stakeholders, thus providing help development chain.
